For me, that connection has always lived at the intersection of storytelling and hospitality. A great cocktail, like a great book, has structure, balance, character, and intention. It invites you to slow down. To notice. To engage.

That’s what Chapters & Brews is about today.

I design and host private cocktail experiences that are curated, guided, and intentionally structured. This is not just bartending. It’s facilitated hosting. It’s creating flow within your event so guests feel included, engaged, and elevated without the stress falling on you.

My background isn’t in traditional bar ownership. It’s in operations, systems, and building experiences that work seamlessly. I approach every event the same way: thoughtfully designed, clearly communicated, and executed with confidence. From the custom alcohol shopping list to the guided format of the evening, everything is structured so you can enjoy your own gathering.

Hospitality, to me, means removing friction. It means anticipating needs. It means creating an atmosphere where people feel comfortable enough to connect and present enough to enjoy it.

Chapters & Brews is currently a mobile, private experience brand focused on curated cocktail tastings and hosted events throughout Bloomington-Normal and beyond.

The brick and mortar space? That’s the long-term dream. A future chapter. A physical place where storytelling, coffee, cocktails, and community can live under one roof.
